PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order receiving and issuing system for a piping unit which can produce the piping unit to make an accurate and quick piping work possible while an operation ranging from a business inquiry to its shipment can be performed in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This system is characterized in constituting a receiving means to receive property information including a house layout drawing provided by a customer, a design management means to manage schedule generation of piping information required for a cost estimation based on the property information, a design means to generate the piping information including a piping drawing and a summary list of piping member, a cost estimate means to generate the cost estimate information including the piping information, a production control means to manage production schedule of the piping member on order, a production support means to generate data required for the production based on the production schedule and the shipment and a property management means to store each of the above-mentioned information while sequentially processing each of the above-mentioned processes when completion of processing of each of the above-mentioned processes is notified. |
