<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network service system and its operation method for abundantly collecting the personal information of a user, and providing information or the other service through a network to a user so that it is possible to provide a satisfactory service. SOLUTION: This network service system is provided with a means for storing the personal information of a plurality of users, a means for updating the personal information of the user based on the information inputted by each user, a means for judging countermeasures to be facilitated based on the personal information in response to a request for the use of the system by each user, a means for authenticating an access to the system based on an authentication request inputted by each user from electronic equipment connected through a network, a means for storing the character information of a character specific to each user, and an output means for outputting the character specific for the user to the electronic equipment. In this case, the use of the electronic equipment by each user is performed through the character.</p> |
