PURPOSE:To prevent the break of a tape, by setting a ratio FD/FE of a charging force (FD) of the second charging member to a charging force (FE) of the first charging member to a certain value or larger and not turning on a microswitch in the state of one-side lock. CONSTITUTION:At the cassette loading time, a charging force in the direction of FE due to a cassette holder spring 10 or 26 hooked on a lock pin 9 and a charging force in the direction of FD due to a lock release spring 18 or 27 are balanced to generate what is called a halfway lock state. However, in a lock mechanism (L side) having a down-detecting switch 22, the down-detecting switch 22 is turned off because a down-detecting lever 24 is rotated clockwise by a lock lever pin 13 in the halfway lock state. Even if the down-detecting switch 22 is turned on in this state, the halfway lock is not generated if FD/FE=7.4 is made true in the relation between the FD force due to the lock release spring 27 on a lock mechanism (R side) on the opposite side and the FE force due to the cassette holder spring 26. |
