PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel capable of being easily worked so as to increase airtightness at a joining part and having sufficient strength, while having excellent soundproof performance. SOLUTION: This soundproof panel 1 to be used for forming a soundproof wall comprises a frame body 2 which is provided with a frame part 2a located on a panel side surface and is manufactured by extrusion molding and a reinforcing and sound insulating material 3 which is mounted on the frame body 2 and is arranged so as to close almost all the whole surface of the panel 1. Airtightness of the joining part of panels each other is enhanced by using the frame body 2 manufactured by the extrusion molding. The sufficient strength as the soundproof panel 1 is secured, easily manufacturing the panel 1 by thinning thickness of the frame body 2 by reinforcing the panel 1 by mounting the reinforcing and sound insulating material 3 on the frame body 2. By making the most of the weight of the reinforcing and sound insulating material 3, face density to enhance sound insulating performance can be secured. As a result, the soundproof panel 1 excellent in soundproof performance and strength can be obtained.
