PURPOSE:To execute efficient stirring and metering by providing a shutter mechanism to a tank unit side and a metering chamber to a blower unit side, providing a communicating pipe opened to a position where the pipe does not interfere the pivotal shaft part of a metering valve and further, introducing carrier air to the upper part of the metering valve. CONSTITUTION:The blower unit 20 has the metering chamber 27 and the shutter mechanism to control the communication state with the inside space of the metering chamber is provided to the aperture point in the bottom of the tank unit 30. The shutter mechanism is provided with an arm pivotally supported at one end freely rotatably in such a manner that the metering valve of said mechanism opens and closes the aperture at the bottom of the tank. The arm is bored with a vent hole and is so constituted that the carrier air from the blower is introduced through the vent hole to the upper part of the metering valve. Then, there are no objects to disturb the flow of the carrier air and since the carrier air is not branched, there is no energy loss and the efficient stirring and metering are executed. |
