<p>A service request acceptance unit (1), when receiving a multi-site communication service request from a communication terminal (3A), sends to a communication service unit (2) the called addresses of all the participant terminals (3A, 3B, 3C) and a command that instructs a provision of the multi-site communication service. The communication service unit (2) calls, based on the called addresses and command, calls all the participant terminals (3A, 3B, 3C) and provides the multi-site communication service. An accounting information server (4) charges the communication service requesting terminal (3A) or all the participant terminals (3A, 3B, 3C) or others for the communication and service provision on the basis of a notification of information about the communication time, the number of the communication terminals and others sent from the service request acceptance unit (1). The charging manner is, for example, to charge a fixed cost for the communication and service provision regardless of the number of the communication terminals or to charge an increased or reduced cost proportional or inversely proportional to the number of the communication terminals.</p> |
