PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a clean room entrance-controlling system capable of removing dust efficiently. SOLUTION: When doors 7 and 6 are closed at the time when a room-entering person 4 carrying a non-contact type ID card 11 enters an air shower room 1, reader-writers 12a and 12b start to operate periodically. When the reader- writers 12a and 12b receive the identification signal transmitted from the non- contact type ID card 11 continuously, whether the different identification information of the received identification information exceeds the allowable number of people for dust removal of the air shower device 2 stored in a memory 13b is checked. If it exceeds, a warning is given on a display part 10. Also, a warning sound is given by an alarm part 16. |
