PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking facility by which getting movement on and off an automobile can be executed safely and easily, for example, in such a case that a person, who needs a wheelchair, drives an automobile by oneself. SOLUTION: In the parking facility which is provided with parking spaces 1 and 2 for parking a vehicle V, a handrail 5 for getting on and off the vehicle V parked at the parking spaces 1 and 2 is provided, and the handrail 5 for getting on and off is constituted so as to change a posture freely into an operating posture A which functions as for getting on and off to the vehicle V and a non-operating posture B which does not function as for getting on and off.
