PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high density fiberboard using wood is provided to obtain high quality products inexpensively by high quality compressed wood using waste wood generated when processing various articles using a jujube tree or a kind of birch and applying the compressed wood to many purposes. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of high density fiberboard(10) using a jujube tree or a kind of birch comprises the processes of obtaining pulverized materials(2) by drying and pulverizing the collected wood after collecting waste wood; obtaining a mixture(6) by injecting adhesive(4) into the pulverized materials and mixing the adhesive with the pulverized materials; pressing and heating the mixture after injecting the mixture into a molding frame(8) of a compressor; and manufacturing high density fiberboard by separating the cooled resulting material from the molding frame after cooling the pressed and heated mixture, wherein a mixing ratio of the pulverized materials to the adhesive is about 9:1, and pigment or functional materials are added to the adhesive when injecting the adhesive into the pulverized materials. |
