摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a bridge floor made of composite material having light weight, anti-corrosion, high-strength, high durability properties suitable to a wide application corresponding to free-linear design and produced in an integrated panel material. CONSTITUTION: The floor(10) is formed by aligning triangular tube components(1) in parallel to form a framework for the floor; and reinforcing upper, lower and outer sides of the framework with each of upper, lower and side plates(3,4,5) prepared by composite lamination materials as required. The prepared laminate plate is formed of reinforcing fiber selected from glass fiber, carbon fiber or aramid fiber and a resin selected from polyester, vinyl ester, phenol or epoxy resin, etc. and by common processes selected from Hand Lay-up, Filament Winding, Pultrusion, VARTM or the like.
