PURPOSE: Provided is a coolant composition used for refrigerators and air conditioners, which dose not cause phase-separation and can be used for a long time and has an excellent efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The coolant composition comprises 35-65wt% of propane, 5-35wt% of isobutane, and 30-60wt% of propylene and can be substituted for dichloro difluoro methane(CCl2F2, CFC-12). The isobutane plays the part of an auxiliary for improving the efficiency of the coolant and the propylene prevents the phase separation of the propane and the isobutane.
