PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing curved furniture material and the manufactured material are provided to achieve a curved furniture material that one side is flat and the other side has a certain curvature. CONSTITUTION: The process for manufacturing curved furniture material comprises the steps of; a reinforcing material bonding process(S1) for forming a reinforcing material on both surfaces of a first panel made of high compressive wood; a reinforcing material cutting process(S2) for seating the first panel in a first mold having a curved surface portion, and smoothly cutting the reinforcing material at both sides of the first panel while pushing the panel with a compressive mold having a curved portion corresponding to the curved surface portion; a second panel contacting process(S3) for attaching an adhesive to the top surface of the reinforcing material after inserting a urethane molded foam into the both ends of the first panel as a semi-product so as to block both openings thereof, injecting a urethane resin into a space defined by the urethane foam and the reinforcing material, disposing a second panel on the top surface of the reinforcing material, and disposing a cover panel on the second panel after seating the first panel in a second mold formed with a curved surface portion, thereby adhesive contacting the first and second panels each other; and a cold rolling and pressing process(S4) for pressing the first and second panels at the pressure of about 18 kilograms per square centimeters for 40minutes.
