PURPOSE: A method for automatic response and document filtering, a recording medium recorded with a program for the method, and a system for automatic response and document filtering are provided to promptly respond to the question of a customer, to automatically filter a document posted on a bulletin board, accurately answer the question by connecting the consultants of respective categories, and to automatically respond to many questions by generating categories of questions. CONSTITUTION: The system(100) includes an automatic response and document filtering server(110) and a text mining server. The automatic response and document filtering server receives a question or a posted document from customer computers(10,20,30) and transmits the question or the posted document to a text mining server(120). The response transmitted from the text mining server is transmitted to the customer computer or a filtered document is posted on a bulletin board. The text mining server classifies the posted documents or questions transmitted from the automatic response and document filtering server.
