The running surface (1) has flat running channel which is concave relative to the plane (E) of the fixed round platform (2). The running channel has a tangential curvature of 0-20 degrees around its outer periphery. Supports (6) with rollers (5) at their free ends are distributed around the outer peripheral edge (4) of the running channel. The inner peripheral edge (4) of the running channel is mounted on the fixed platform via ring rotary bearings (7). A drive ring (8) on the outer peripheral edge of the running channel is in active contact with a friction wheel drive mechanism.
