One of the plate-shaped connecting areas (3a) is straddled by plug elements (5) to fit into holes (9) of the slotted inner element (2) of the walling. The second connecting area (3b) has fixers (4b) to be inserted in grooves (8) etc of the outer foam element (1) of the walling. The fixers form part of a crosspiece (4) fronting the shaped areas (3b) and come in blade shape for preference. The two wall elements (1,2) are joined by a waisted section (3c) having outside ribs (6) as also fitted to the outside of one of two fixers (4b). The connecting elements have holders to position reinforcing rods (10), pipework etc.
