PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the switching operation to improve the convenience. SOLUTION: This device comprises a horizontally rockable switching rail 11 and lateral engagement members 12 and 12 protruded obliquely to the front of the rail 11. The switching rail 11 applies a lateral component of force to runners 31 and 31 approaching in the forward direction through a hoist body 32 to rock them, whereby the traveling direction of the hoist body 32 can be switched. The runners 31 and 31 before approaching in the backward direction are engaged with one of the engagement members 12 and 12 and rocked, whereby they can be automatically set in a proper position. |
