PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-glaring sheet being excellent in anti-static effects, by which characters and other images displaying a high resolution and a high contrast can be observed without feeling the glare when the images on a display screen are seen, and to which dust and dirt are hard to stick. SOLUTION: This anti-glaring sheet comprises a transparent base material and a radiation setting resin layer. In this case, the 10 kV charge half-life of the surface of the radiation setting resin layer is 1,200 seconds or lower. |
