<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for forming a fluorescent ink accepting layer, which is excellent in fitness of printing ink, through the partial printing and spot printing of which to the necessary part of an accepting sheet, the fluorescent ink accepting layer can easily be provided and, in addition, the fluorescent ink of a transfer sheet easily transfers to the fluorescent ink accepting layer even after the elapse of time so that no code number can be seen through the application of this ink to the code number entry column or the like of a card application blank or the like and can be clearly confirmed only through the irradiation of ultraviolet beams, resulting in allowing to safely protect concealed (or hidden) information and, at the same time, also realizing a high antifalsifying effect and a high anti-altering effect, and a sheet having the fluorescent ink accepting sheet employed with the ink for forming the fluorescent ink accepting layer. SOLUTION: The ink for forming the fluorescent ink accepting layer is employed by including a vehicle such as an ulteraviolet curing type one or the like and porous fine p articles.</p> |
