PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a torch for consumable electrode type gas shielded arc welding, which makes two consumable electrodes fed inside one torch so as to do the welding. SOLUTION: In the torch for the consumable electrode type gas shielded arc welding, two tip bodies 84 and 85 having axial insertion holes for inserting wires are juxtaposed, and power supply tips 38 and 39, which supply electric power to the wire by making the wires inscribed in the tips 38 and 39, are screwed into ends of the tip bodies 84 and 85. The tips 38 and 39 are surrounded by a nozzle 89, into which shielding gas 40 is supplied. Respective chambers 87 and 88 are provided in an inner wall, near shielding gas exhaust ports 84c and 85c of the tip bodies 84 and 85, of the nozzle 89.
