This invention relates to implementation of an innovative method for producing cling film in various sizes and thicknesses thus rendering obsolete older, and more complicated, methods. The cling film production machine this invention relates to is characterized by the fact that once the fluid mixture comes into contact with the heated surfaces (which may be cylindrical rotating drums or flat conveyor belts) it immediately forms into a film in a simplified and easy manner. The cling film production machine consists of a drum or a moving heated surface (No. 1), a liquid mixture supplier (No. 3), and the conveyor belt (No. 18). The liquid mixture is channelled through a supply pipe (No. 16) to the supplier (No. 3). The flow of this mixture is adjusted by an electromechanical valve (No. 13) which is placed on the supply pipe (No. 16). The mixture is supplied by rotating the drum or from the movement of the heated surface (No. 1) which pulls the mixture (No. 19) across the entire width of the surface of the drum or the heated surface (No. 1) thus ensuring that it immediately forms a sheet (No. 22) of the desired thickness. Following this by removing the desired degree of moisture while the drum is rotating or thanks to the movement of the heated surface (No. 1) cling film is produced. |
