PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align a pattern boundary with a groove even in the case not less than two patterns in a lamination method so as not to impart a feeling of physical disorder to a patient and to improve the appearance of a decorative substrate while eliminating the restriction of the number of patterns. SOLUTION: A sheet laminated base material 3, which is obtained by laminating a decorative sheet having two or more patterns to the surface of a base material, is cut into a predetermined dimension. Thereafter, the grooves 5 are formed along the pattern boundaries 4 of the sheet laminated base material 3 by press molding or hot press molding and a reinforcing base material 6 is laminated to the back surface of the sheet laminated base material 3.
