PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for an inflator of an air bag device which is simple in manufacture, strong in a strength, and low in a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The filter 1 is formed in such a constitution that an expand metal being its material is lap-wound in a cylindrical state, a number of layers and in a spiral state, and by spot-welding together the expand metals of an innermost peripheral part and an outermost part, the wound expand metal is not separated away from each other, and the shape of the cylindrical filter is kept. |
