SOLUTION: When the number of medals stored at the end of game execution period reaches a designated lower limit value on a slot machine 3 side, if a prepaid card having a residual frequency is held in an intervening machine 2, a transmit request signal is output from the slot machine 3 to the intervening machine 2. The control part of the intervening machine 2 draws a designated frequency from the card in response to the transmit request signal, and transmits a dispensing request signal for instructing dispensing medals for the frequency to the slot machine.
