PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer bar with a vibration control bush capable of preventing generation of noises caused by vibration inputted from a wheel side and movement of the vibration between the stabilizer bar and the vibration control bush, and between the vibration control bush and a bracket. SOLUTION: The stabilizer bar with the vibration control bush is provided with the vibration control bush 13 made of a tubular elastic body having substantially U shape in outer configuration of axially right angle section fixed coaxially to one part of the external peripheral part of the stabilizer bar 11. A bracket 16 consisting of a base part 17 made of a metal plate formed by being bent into substantially the same shape as the bush having a U configuration, and a pair of mounting plate parts 18 made of a metal plate protruding from the both end parts of the base in the opposite direction are mounted to the base sticking fast at the external peripheral part having the U configuration of the vibration control bush and fixed to the car body side member part with a pair of mounting plate parts. The vibration control bush is integrally formed by a vulcanization molding to the bracket and stabilizer bar. After the molding, the space between the opposing plates at base is drawn by the drawing procedure and the vibration control bush is applied with preliminary compression in the horizontal direction.
