PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press machine and a punch for press working that enables easy adjustment of a punching position and enhances a press working precision. SOLUTION: The other end of a punch chip 41 having a working part 3 for performing a prescribed working at the tip thereof, is inserted into a groove part 31 of a mounting piece 33 protruding at the tip of a punch body 43. The punch chip 41 is mounted on the punch body 43 in a fixed condition with a fixing bolt 38, perpendicular to the depth direction of the groove part 31, via a holding block 34 mounted on a first notch part 39 and a second notch part 40 provided on both sides of the mounting piece 33.
