PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of easily cleaning a mirror plate even in a mirror surface processing device. SOLUTION: A cleaning cloth 8 between a cloth feed roll 9 for feeding the cleaning cloth 8 and a cloth take-up roll 10 for taking up the cloth 8 is pressed to the mirror plate 1 by a stepped bar 14 having a projecting part formed on the side facing the cloth 8 and a cushioning material 15. Thus a soil on the mirror plate 1 is wiped and cleaned using the cloth 8 by running the mirror plate 1. Increasing the cleaning effect is achieved by supplying a solvent to the cushioning material 15 beforehand with the help of a solvent supply device 5.
