<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the deviation of the characteristics of a tubular member in a specific direction by making the fiber direction of reinforcing fibers almost the same as the axial length direction of the tubular member and setting the difference between the max. and min. wall thicknesses in the circumferential direction of a wound sheet to below the thickness of the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A prepreg sheet having an almost trapezoidal shape is formed by cutting a rectangular prepreg sheet having reinforcing fibers 13 arranged almost parallel to one end side 12b (the axial length direction of a tubular member) so that the side 12a opposed to one end side 12b is inclined with respect to the direction of one end side 12b, that is, the fiber direction of the reinforcing fibers 13. Further, a gap is formed between the end part of the prepreg sheet 12 and a wound layer to be filled with the thermosetting resin of the prepreg sheet or other synthetic resin. Therefore, the difference between the max. and min. wall thicknesses in the circumferential direction of the wound prepreg sheet becomes below the thickness of the prepreg sheet and the wall thickness in the circumferential direction becomes almost constant.</p> |
