摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a steel welding joint for a welding structure which is excellent in fatigue strength in a high tension steel plate used in such fields as a ship building, construction structure, marine structure or bridge and having 590-780 MPa of tensile strength. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for a welding joint, after flat plate welding is applied to at least welding one steel plate and an extra fill part is grinded up to a plate face, the end of a welding metal part is welded so as to reach the center of the flat plate welding metal part. The welding metal in the flat plate welding comprises, in the wt.%, C: 0.02-0.2%, Si: 0.1-less than 1.6%, Mn: 0.5-2%, P: less than 0.05%, S: less than 0.05%, Nb: 0.005-0.3%, V: 0.005-0.3% and the balance Fe with inevitable components, and it is preferable that Ceq: 0.3-0.65% is satisfied, provided that Ceq(%)=C+Mn/6+(Cu+ Ni)/15+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+Nb/3.
