PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend product life of components of a bearing device for vehicles, particularly a double row rolling bearing, by preventing temperature degradation of a lubricant provided on a constant velocity joint and the double row rolling bearing. SOLUTION: An opening and closing plate member 28 closes a heat radiation aperture 22 when the temperature is low in a bowl formed outer ring part 10 of the constant velocity joint 4 is deformed to open the heat radiation aperture 22 on the outer circumferential side of the bowl formed outer ring part 10 when balls 17, 18 and members in contact with the balls are heated by friction to raise the temperature to the predetermined level in the bowl formed outer ring part 10, each opening and closing plate member 28 is deformed in the direction of opening each heat radiation hole 22 on the outer peripheral face side of the bowl formed outer ring part 10, and the heat inside the bowl formed outer ring part 10 is discharged to the outside. Resulting drop in temperature thereby in the bowl formed outer ring part 10 prevents temperature degradation of the lubricant fed to the constant velocity joint 14 and the double row rolling bearing 5, and extends the product life of the double row rolling bearing 5.
