PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the disposal of a cleaner liquid without any possibility of environmental destruction, in regard to a writing board device wherein written things on a handwriting surface are erased by sticking the cleaner liquid thereto. SOLUTION: On the occasion when the contaminated cleaner liquid 31 in a vessel part 27 of a tank is disposed of, a flocculant 40 made of an inorganic blend of a sodium carbonate, an aluminum oxide or the like is put in the vessel part and agitated by an agitating rod 41 and thereby an ink component 42 mixing in the cleaner liquid is separated and flocculated. Then, the opening of the tank is covered with a filtering material 43 and a cover 45 is put thereon. The cleaner liquid is disposed of thereafter through a disposal hole 44 of the cover, while it is filtered by the filtering material, and then the ink component being left is wrapped in the filtering material and disposed of as a burnable refuse, for instance.
