PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variety of additional functions by using a flow-rate sensor inserted at a point midway in a delivery pipe of an electric pot, thereby automatically feeding constant volume of hot water. SOLUTION: After a signal level obtained from a flow rate sensor varies when water is supplied (step #102), after waiting for a time T1 it takes for the signal level to stabilize (step #103-#104), number of pulses obtained from the flow rate sensor is counted within a prescribed time T2 (step #105-#107), control input to a pump is corrected based on pulse number D counted (step #108). This processing is repeated every prescribed time T2 (step #105-#109), thereby performing a feedback control to approximately make constant delivery amount per unit time. When the amount of hot water supply set in an automatic constant supply of hot water is larger than a prescribed amount, the prescribed time T2 is changed to a smaller value to increase the delivery amount per unit time.
