PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide a plastic packing material excellent in adhesive properties to a plastic film, drying characteristics of water-color ink and water resistance of printing without forming the previous primary layer and even for comparatively thin water-color in receptor layer. SOLUTION: This packing material is characterized in that a substrate ink layer formed with ink containing titanium oxide pigment of 15 to 50 wt.%, resin binder of 5 to 50 wt.% and a solvent as a residual to whole 100 wt.% on an at least a part of the plastic film, and after that, a water-color ink receptor of hydrofilic polymer is provided on the surface. |
