PURPOSE: A leveling device of a thrust pipe used for a pipe jacking method is provided to reduce working force and to use measurement results for directional correction. CONSTITUTION: The leveling device of a thrust pipe used for a pipe jacking method comprises: a front pipe(C) and a spiral pipe(D) connected to the rear of the front pipe(C); a balance correction device(300) formed on the outer upper part of the spiral pipe(D); a hydraulic jack(10) formed on the outer lower end of the spiral pipe(D); a thrust directional correction device(300) formed around a joint of the spiral pipe(D) and the front pipe(C) and operated by the direction of a control box(24); a bar-code recognition PDA unit(400) connected with the balance correction device(200) to recognize gradient; and a shoe device(500) for directional correction operated by a hydraulic jack control box(6).
