PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information terminal incorporating a wireless phone that can surely store important data under generation and never fail to receive an important phone call when the wireless phone receives a speech call and the residual amount of a battery is small. SOLUTION: When data under generation not stored yet exist and a speech call is detected, the portable information terminal detects the residual capacity of battery. When the detected residual amount of battery is enough to perform both processing of storage of the data under generation to a storage means 13 and making a speech, the arrival of the speech call is notified and the data are stored during the notice of the speech call and during a speech. When the detected residual mount of the battery is insufficient to perform the storage of the data to the storage means 13 while executing the speech, the data under generation are stored and then the arrival of the speech call is notified. |
