PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a groove pattern in which both walls zigzag independently through exposure without forming an unexposed part in the groove pattern while maintaining the resolution of the exposure recording. SOLUTION: Two 2nd and 3rd laser beams L2 and L2 among three laser beams used for the exposure are deflected to independently wobble corresponding to the shapes of both the walls of the groove pattern 13. The distances between the centers of exposure spots S1, S2, and S3 are adjusted so that the exposure spot S1 of the 1st laser beam L1 which is not deflected is positioned so as to fill the gap between the exposure spot S2 and exposure spot S3.
