PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times of the settlement processing procedures of a belonging superior. SOLUTION: In this business form settlement system, a member of the staff inputs necessary data to one or a plurality of relating business forms of a plurality of kinds respectively with a terminal 3 for business form preparation of the address of the member of the staff and transfers them through a network 1 to a terminal 4 for business form settlement of the address for the belonging superior. When the belonging superior opens the transferred slip data of one or a plurality of kinds and approves them in the terminal for the business form settlement of the address for the superior, the data indicating the link relation of a business form data base 5 are referred to, and when the superior inputs settlement data for one of the linked business form data, the settlement data are simultaneously set for the remaining business form data of the link as well. Thus, in the case that the relating business forms of a plurality of kinds are present, a settlement procedure for one representative is taken to simultaneously approve other business forms as well, thereby reducing the required number of times of the settlement procedure. |
