PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information delivery system for guaranteeing the sure delivery of electronic information provided by an information provider to a user when delivering the information to the user conforming to delivery conditions. SOLUTION: The electronic information delivery system for guaranteeing sure delivery when delivering the electronic information provided by a information provider to a user, is provided with an electronic post-office box(POB) provided for receiving the electronic information for every user and an information delivering means for receiving the electronic information provided from the information provider and the delivery conditions of this electronic information and delivering the electronic information to the user suited to these delivery conditions, and the information delivering means reports the delivery conditions to an external personal information managing system, acquires the POB ID of an electronic POB owned by a user conforming to these delivery conditions from the personal information managing system, delivers the electronic information to the electronic POB corresponding to this POB ID and reports the delivery of the electronic information to the information provider.
