PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to select the camera of an opposite terminal. SOLUTION: User terminal devices 16, 18, and 30 to 34 obtain schedule information of users from a server 12 and decides whether there is a schedule at the current time. When a plurality of schedules are present, the latest schedule is selected as current-time schedule information according to the update date and time information of the schedule information and when one piece of information is present, this schedule information is selected. Work information is obtained from the selected schedule information, camera information is obtained from the work information, and the camera information which is currently in use is obtained. The obtained camera information is compared with the current camera information and if there is a difference, the camera is switched. When there is no current-time schedule information, current-time work information is obtained from a work style information table according to the information on the current time and the working style of the user. |
