PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet multiplexing system by which the receiving rate of a packet normally received by a receiving station can get to a set guaranteed value. SOLUTION: In the packet multiplexing system provided with a scheduler having a plurality of input ports and one output port and multiplexing the packets to arrive at the respective input ports on a single transmission line and outputting them to the output port, and a means for recognizing states of transmission lines for every receiving station among the scheduler and the respective receiving stations by information from the receiving stations, the scheduler adaptively increases and decreases bands on the single transmission line to be allocated by every receiving station according to the states of the transmission lines for every receiving station.
