PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring type dynamic image security system monitoring movement of a suspicious person in a monitored location in a remote place on a real time basis and issuing a warning to prevent an incident. SOLUTION: The monitored location and a security monitoring management center are connected by a communication line. One sensor and four cameras are basically provided in the monitored location, and concurrently with an anomaly warning alarm, an electric lamp is automatically lighted, image pickup is started, a dynamic image is recorded as a quartered image plane, sound collecting by a microphone is started and the suspicious person is deterred by automatically issuing speech from a speaker, lighting a revolving light or opening and closing an electronic lock. If the suspicious person tries to destroy the cameras, image pickup by the cameras is started immediately and it is recorded in a digital recorder installed in the center. When a person at the monitored location finds a suspicious person or feels danger, the system issues the anomaly warning alarm by an emergency switch input and operates in the same way as above.
