PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device eliminating a trouble such as a back staining of recording material by preventing toner from being accumulated onto a recording material carrying member and a cleaning blade for an intermediate transfer body at the double-sided image forming time. SOLUTION: In order to prevent the toner from being accumulated onto the cleaning blade 20 for a transfer belt 130 at the double-sided image forming time, a toner image is formed on one photoreceptor drum 3 out of four photoreceptor drums 3 (3a to 3d) and transferred to the belt 130, and direct image forming that the image is not transferred to the recording material is performed, whereby the toner is supplied to the blade 20. The direct image forming is made to be performed when the integrated value t1 of time when fogging toner is supplied to the belt 130 from the drum 3 in accordance with the amount of the fogging toner supplied to the blade 20 exceeds a fixed value. |
