<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method and a device for producing a virtual keyboard which doesn't need a large calculation capacity. SOLUTION: The method and the device provided here is for producing a virtual keyboard on a flat surface 16 in relation to the electronic equipment 10. In the device, a laser transmitter 11 emits a laser beam for drawing a virtual keyboard and receives light reflected from obstacles 15 and 15b inside the area of the virtual keyboard. The incoming angle of the received signal and the time of arrival of the signal are observed, and based on the observation, it is judged whether a specific key on the virtual keyboard was pressed or not.</p> |
