<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overmolded composite material motor housing which can be used as a wind regulator of a vehicle door. SOLUTION: Magnets are inserted into the composite material motor housing to assist a rotation of a motor. A magnet housing made of iron covers the inner surfaces of the motor housing body in order to prevent magnetic fields generated by the magnets from leaking out and influencing upon the other elements of the vehicle door. Bearings are cast in the tip part of the motor housing. In another embodiment, the motor housing is made of an iron matrix composite material to eliminate the magnet housing made of iron. In another embodiment, the bearings are integrally incorporated in the tip part of the motor housing and then the bearings are not necessary to be cast into the housing.</p> |
