<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage stabilizer for permanent-magnet generator and motor, capable of controlling a connection of a winding group in response to the rotational speed of a rotor, and controlling voltage at low and high speeds. SOLUTION: A rotor is constituted of a permanent magnetic member consisting of a cylindrical magnetic-circuit member 7 axially extending to a position corresponding to an electromagnetic coil 10 provided on both sides of a stator, and permanent magnet plate pieces of axially extending on the cylindrical magnetic-circuit member 7. The cylindrical magnetic circuit member 7 consists of electromagnetic circuits 16 for an N-pole axially extending from a cylindrical part 7N for the N-pole corresponding to one side of the electromagnetic coil by meeting the N-pole of the permanent magnet plate pieces, and electromagnetic circuit parts 17 for the S-pole axially extending from a cylindrical part 7S for the S-pole corresponding to the other side of the electromagnetic coil by meeting the S-pole of the permanent magnet plate pieces. The electromagnetic circuits 16 for the N-pole and the electromagnetic circuits 17 for the S-pole are arranged in the circumferential direction alternately via non- magnetic members 34.</p> |
