PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical circuit for transmitting a parameter or the state of equipment. SOLUTION: This electrical circuit is constituted so as to be connected to a storage battery (3), and provided with an isolated link (7) and a switch (5). The opening and closing of the switch is allowed to express state information so that the flow of currents to the electrical circuit can be decided. In the electrical circuit, the state information is transmitted from the switch (5) through the isolated link (7) to an output (S). The electrical circuit is provided with a variable voltage generating means (1) cooperating with a switching means (12) so that currents running through the switch (5) can be adjusted, and that a power can be selectively supplied to the constituting elements of the electrical circuit according to the output voltage of the variable voltage generating means (1). Also, an energy storing means and an energy yielding means for storing and yielding a part of the energy of the electrical circuit are constituted of an inductive filter means (6) disposed in series with the switch (5) and a capacitive storage means (13) under steady state conditions.
