PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference current circuit capable of preventing the appearance of influence of early voltage, operating from a low power supply voltage, and outputting a current having a positive temperature characteristic or arbitrary temperature characteristic. SOLUTION: A highly precise CMOS self-bias reverse wide mirror reference current circuit composed of a non-linear current mirror circuit is shown in the drawing. That is, gates of a transistor M1 and a transistor M2 are mutually connected in common, the gate of the transistor M1 and drain are connected in common, the transistor M1 is grounded through a resistance R1, and a source of the transistor M2 is directly grounded to constitute a reverse wide mirror current mirror circuit. Furthermore, a gate of a transistor M3 is connected with drain of the transistor M2 and its source is directly grounded. The current mirror circuit for letting a current source driving the transistor M1 and the transistor M2 output a mirror current is driven to constitute a negative feedback current loop.
