PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash trust operation method, capable of providing an operation property including a low-fluidity cash bond trust beneficiary right as a high-fluidity trust commodity, such as an open end type joint operation cash trust to a wide investor layer, including individuals. SOLUTION: A cash trust operation management system 20 generates property cash flow data, regarding a property and trust capital cash flow data with a prescribed interest scenario and calculates a trust balance from the generated property cash flow data and trust capital cash flow data. The cash trust operation management system 20 outputs an expected dividend rate, when the calculated trust balance is within the trust balance tolerance, changes the expected dividend rate in the expected dividend rate tolerance to calculate a trust balance, when the trust balance is not in the preset trust balance tolerance, and outputs an alarm, when the trust balance in the trust balance tolerance cannot be calculated. |
