摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the influence of a failure by determining a roundabout route even when the failure is caused in a communication route by making a network possible to be constantly and efficiently used. SOLUTION: A plurality of networks to mutually connect servers with clients are redundantly provided and a data base to determine routes through which the respective clients communicate with the servers is made possible to be changed timewisely or according to a detection result of the failure.
