PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable impedance control circuit capable of generating an inner impedance necessary for an outer impedance inside a chip. SOLUTION: This programmable impedance control circuit using an M-fold inner impedance for an N-fold outer impedance (N=M or N≠M) is provided with an MOS array to which a first voltage is applied an outer resistance part having the N-fold outer impedance, a pad for outputting a second voltage to be obtained according to the combination of the MOS array with the outer resistance part, and a reference voltage generating part for generating a third voltage equivalent to the N/(M+N) times of the first voltage as a reference voltage for the second voltage to be outputted by the pad.
