<p>The carrying handle is made from a single flat panel of a lightweight material, such as cardboard, plastic or leather, with two apertures (f1, f2) and transverse fold lines (b1, b2) enabling it to be folded into a base (B) and two sides (A, C). The cut-away section of one hole is left in place, forming a flap (D) that can be inserted through the other handle to made a double handle with a connecting strip between. A variant of the design has the body of the handle folding into an oval shape with two transverse connecting flaps.</p> |
